Government RM of Lac du Bonnet
Message from the Reeve:
As a community and a region Lac du Bonnet is situated in the transition zone between the fertile farms lands on the west side of our community and the many vacation properties of the Canadian shield on the east side of our community. This geography is unique but presents special challenges for our community. As a community we must meet the needs and wants of all our residents whether they are agricultural producers or cottagers along our many waterways. I believe that with a willingness to communicate and understand each other we can achieve a win-win to most if not all our community issues. On behalf of the Council of the RM of Lac du Bonnet I wish to welcome you to our website. With time we hope to expand the website and provide you with more information about our community and Council activities. As you will notice our website is a combined effort with the Town of Lac du Bonnet. They are our partners in our community and it is our intent to work co-operatively together to achieve our common goals.
